Horn Conclusion to my pensacola customer experience.

This is what pensacola says about my p7100 pump. Obviously its been over a 1 yrs 4/01/2010 to 9/18/2011 out of warranty. Ok now i havent been driving the truck much because i havent been working much this yr. What can i say works been slow this yr, havent been working much because of the economy. Thanks pensacola by the way, i m even hurting more for money.
So they go to tell me because the trucks been sitting things parts in the pump wear. I see his point but that to my mind seems like o-rings/seals dry out from sitting, but your going to tell me govenor springs pop out the side of the pump because the truck sat. Believe me after this i wish i drivin them 12,000 miles a while ago to find out before your warranty goes out. Oh yes sorry everyone i was so mad i gave you the wrong mileage. I gave pensacola more credit then they deserve. My tuck from A&L invoice says 163,332 miles to be exact, truck odo reads now like i said early on is 176,000 on the odometer. Add that up to 12,332 later and i need another pump. Pensacola must think its cheap to buy a pump every 12,332 miles.
They put 3200 govenor springs/custom/fuel plate/17degree timing thats it in there tuned pumps right?Right They told me they tune them pumps to do things they arent built for. That pump is not even close to a real tuned pump. (Using this as an example from friends not sticking up for industrial injection at all just an example): Pensacola flow 330cc/1000rpm close to stock, industrial dragon flows 550cc/1000rpm i dont hear them telling the people i know that there pumps are still working because they left their truck sit/drove it. This is how much they stand behind their own work, oh yes and there warranty they stand by that let me tell you. Lucky if they do anything for you once that warranty goes out even on 12,332 mile on the pump. I ask can you do anything to help me your customer that bought stage 2, and stage 1, p7100 pump off of them. They wouldnt offer to help me in anyway with p7100 pump. I spoke with David the manager at pensacola who put me on hold to even talk to the owner which came back and said there not going to help me. David hung up on me at least 3 times, ok i started to get loud after they told me they werent going to do anything for me. But 2 more times and i promise u i wasnt even yelling the 2 time, the 3 time he hung up i called back i was almost begging for some kind of understand/help. I told him i would send him A&L's invoice to prove to him i not lying about anything. A&L has a whole second page descibing what they done and went through with pensacola's pump, David said to me that A&L's invoice doesnt matter. Which i m going to leave an email if anyone wants a copy i will send it to you to prove it that this all happened(unless someone can tell me where to post it)!!!!! Oh yes back to the leaky 1st pump which they insist its the same pump they sent back after they repaired it/what they did. There telling me that im wrong and so is A&L diesel in pa, in dornsife, which they work on all sorts of freightliners, dumptruck, any truck with a diesel pretty much. Im sure i can tell and i definitely sure that A&L can tell where the pumps leaking from. Which was # 1 delievery/plunger, NOT the fuel line/rail. Pensacola said that they benchmarked it and sent it back saying nothing was wrong/leaking from it. I think they did that to cover it up and sent me another pump or have me mixed with someone else. Im more then sure that A&L shop knows what there doing, and they had to send that pump out to a machine shop on top of it all to get the gear to tighten down all the way. I m thinking this pump was on a blowin motor/lock up motor possibly. Who knows, all i know is the word needs to get out about this company. This company should give me a refund for all the trouble they caused me/cost. DONT YOU THINK? 930 bucks ended up being with A&L($1080)ontop of it $2020 bucks & headache that came with it. My email is jolinick69@gmail.com.
Sorry i may have repeated some of this but this is the continues to my post early. After i finally got to speak to management or higher up this is what i got a 12,000 mile pump 2,020 total cost, slamed door in the face by these people. I serious about this, this is may experience with them and i want everyone to know what i know so copy past i dont care please send this out so i can do the same favor they have done for me. I have all paper work to prove it and pictures! I just wish i would of known sooner, if i didnt need the truck at the time when that 1st pump was bad i wanted a refund right then and there but i bit my lip because i needed the truck for my type of work/ need back out on the road. Biggest mistake ever, i cant believe they wont to anything. Oh yeah i said to him what about this pump its not even worth a core return, david says well no they will still give you some money just half for being damaged. Pensacola give you 400 for my p7100 so i would only get 200 bucks if thats even right from what david said! Wow buddy thats just reasurring! Oh before he got off the phone with me i told him i m telling everyone about you guys, he says go ahead make sure you tell people we stand behind are warranty for a 1yr. I said sure i will but not 12,000 sad miles you wont. Ask me they're hiding behind there warranty on this one. I know guys who have stock pumps and are over 200,000 miles.
