Default Which turbo is best for me

Hi,
i have a 94 dodge cummins, I am looking for more power/better acceleration. I have a k&n intake and a 5in mbrp exhaust along with boost, egt and tranny temp gauges, also a monster tranny good for 600hp also slid factory fuel plate (did not grind) I have 150hp injectors 5x16 ready to go in, I'm looking at 2 different turbos now just don't know what way to go one is a bd the other a borg warner, any input is much appreciated thanks, Anthony

If the occasional trailer is heavy you'll be fighting the egt's. if you want to work the rig and not worry about it go compounds. the 62 would make for a pretty quick spool daily driver if you dont tow heavy.

The trailers I tow would be a 25ft camper to Nh 4 hours away, or a car trailer with car/ SUV on it, at noble performance (frank) said use the factory turbo good for 700 hp he recommended 3k gov springs 90hp injectors (my 150s are too big) and a fuel plate and afe intake horn. May not be 500hp but it'll wake it up and get out of its own way?

5x16’s are way to much fuel for any 62mm turbo. A 5x12 or 14 is plenty.

Also your factory turbo is good for an extremely hot 450hp.

There is a million ways to do that. And each set up depends on what the truck is going to be used for.

Mostly daily driven but i tow a camper and atvs to New Hampshire and tow a 1 car trailer, want the truck to get out of its own way. I was gonna start with 3k gov springs and go from there.
