Default What kind of power numbers are we tallkin here

Im wanting to build a nice mild set of twins, I need the truck street able so the wife can drive it while I'm gone on business but can still dust a v8 car if need be. With the help from a few guys over at CF Ive came up with two set ups.

5x .014 nozzles
60# springs
headstuds(if they are really needed let me know)
4gsk kit
ported hx35 housing
either HX55 (buddy has one for 200 brand new) or a K31

What kind of numbers can I expect to see out of either one . The 55 im hoping can do around 525 and Im aware that the K31 is more the capable of doing 525. Im looking for fact people that have used these as primary turbos and the numbers they got. Thanks much and feel free to add opinions.

You better add o-rings to that list.

IMO ditch the hx35 pick up a he351 off a CR and run that over a s475/83/1.1t6. This will be a blast to drive on the street and will easily make the number you are looking for.

You'll blow the gasket, if not by boost by timing.

Im not saying doing the o rings isnt necessary Ive just seen a few set ups that they didnt. they just retorqued or put studs to 135ftlbs. and timing dosent need to go much past 17 from what ive been reading.

This truck had a similar setup...guess what...it lost a gasket. Lol. Just saying it might go for a while but eventually it'll blow a gasket.
