arent the 1998 12valves have a computer and if im correct with those mods man and a smarty box tuned i bet you could hit 400hp if im correct

no a 98 is a 12 valve a 98.5 is a 24 vlave

With that small turbine 500 is gonna be a shot for a 12v ... the fuel lines he has are not helping him either

lower pressures. you are trying to fill a bigger hose with the same size pump so delivery is retarded if you will. the guy above you will be able to explain this much better than me.
