I got the vid to work, Did you run the engine for a bit before it started knocking or was it knocking soon as you started it?

Ok, sorry for adding it so many times. Just trying different ways to see if it would work.

Immediate knock. Little hard to start. Wants to die if you give it any fuel past idle. If you give it quick fuel it will die. Light/easy fuel it will stay running

If you had your stock injectors laying around you could try swapping those in and see what happens. Kinda wondering if its a pump prob tho.

Ran pump on truck prior to this upgrade and all went well. I do have the stock injectors at the house. Ill be bringing them to the shop on Monday for a possible change to see if that's it.

I also have a guy coming from Cummins to give his opinion on Monday afternoon. At a stand-still til then. Don't want to anything up or tear anything apart til after he looks at it.

Sounds good man, just wondered if maybe it could be a gov prob or the pump not supplying enough fuel for those injectors.

One other thing I did was remove the laser cut DV and put stock back in to see what happened. It did change the knocking a "little". Slight change in sound. Which makes me thing fuel related....

I would think with those injectors youd need to be moving alot of fuel through your pump.
