How hard is it to install valve springs with the engine in the truck ...also does anybody know if they make roller rocker arms for our truck or would they even help?

not much need for the roller rocker without doing an increase of the internal balancing. you just don't spin them that fast. its available but why bother if the plant cant spin over 3.5 grand without risking catastrophic destruction of the motor.
