I wouldnt drive it much. Its very possible you could damage the engine. 04.5-07s are not very forgiving when it comes to breaking rings.

Thank you for your input. I will pull the inject its out but I do have another question. Has anyone out there ever tried to make this combo work before? Is it possible that the 05 tune is not correct with the 03 nozzles and if so how would you correct that?

Been done before no difference in the electronic part of the injectors. Any tune differences are washed away with the tuner.
