To me mine smells like eggs. something like that? I have always wondered too

my kitty went missing and mine started to smell like a diesel again. don't know if that had anything to do with it or not.

Does that thing have a catalytic converter on it? if so, problem solved - otherwise you need a new nose!!!

The 2008 & up junk have a urea system on them and that is a REAL pain and sure to smell goofy.

Wait till you smell mine!! I burn a 50/50 blend of used motor oil in my Dodge!!! Sure does keep the bugs away!!

You sir are full of baloney. 2008s don't have DEF/Urea they have DPF with EGR on them. DEF on Dodge Cummins consumer pickups won't be in place until 2013 or later if they have to use them at all. Now the C&Cs started using urea injection in 2010 or 2011 IIRC

^^^^^thought every diesel head new that.. and it was 07.5 for the dodge just sayin haha

ya i mean they never put cats on 03's or before. i think they started that at 04.5. myne came only with a muffler
