Pickin up my new 06 dodge this friday. any suggestions on exhaust systems for it?

Depends what kind of sound you are looking for and are you looking for stacks, under truck single, duals, etc. Do you prefer the straight pipe sound or want muffler?

Many many options. Exhaust is like ice cream.....tons of different flavors and everyone has a flavor they like.

 

hahaha thats true it is. single pipe out the side. probably muffler but with a nice growl to it ya know??

 

I imagine you won't be going crazy with mods any time soon, therefore a standard 4" exhaust with whatever size tip you want.

I would look into any of the major players that fit into your budget, get the kit with the muffler delete kit, and get yourself the donaldson muffler. Keeps the drone out of the cab and still sounds nice.

You have options in stainless, aluminized, and black coated.

Youtube some vid clips to see if you find a sound you like and run with something similar.
