what is the difference in a turbo that came off a 04 manual trans truck verse an auto truck?

the stock turbo on my truck had all kinds of shaft play and its a manual so i found a used one and it was off an auto truck and it performs a bit different now so wanted to know difference cuz i couldnt find a tag on the turbo i took off but the used one i put on was a HY35W.

 

i figured it out and there is no difference in the two on this year thanks!
