i think my valves are ticking???

My truck is ticking, i think its the valves how do i fix this myself???

There are lots of posts on the forums about adjusting valves...not a difficult process. I don't know of a good one to direct you towards, so you might want to search a little bit and see which one gives you the best instruction.

Ticking can also be injector noise.
