Question Steering shot! Can I replace this?

The link in the picture is worn out as well as the end that attaches to the pitman arm. There have been so many recalls on these I don't know have much faith in replacing the whole assembly. So I would just as soon replace this ball joint if I can. It has worked fine for 150,000 miles.
Question is Can I replace that ball joint the arrow is pointing at and what is it called? I can't seem to find it. The Service Manual makes no mention of that. Just the tie rod ends and drag link.
I absolutely need to haul my Fifth Wheel Saturday and need this done ASAP so any help appreciated greatly.

Time to move to the '08-up steering gear. It's a nice upgrade. Make sure they do it right, or if you do it yourself, be aware that it is absolutely essential to get the tie rod joints trued vertically before finish tightening or they can bind and cause serious problems. It's detailed in the H46 safety recall.

Guess I will probably be calling the dealer in the morning. I have seen several recalls on these so have been apprehensive to go that route until mine got wore out.
Thuren HD steering looks like a nice bulletproof option but I don't have, need or want lift on my rig so not sure it would work. Plus I need this done asap.
Thanks for the help guys

Ya know I got a recall notice for my truck also but it was not covered by the notice and they never touched it. My truck has 150,000 miles now and those joints are worn out. The outers with grease zerks are fine, go figure

Knock on wood, mine front end is holding up. Too many companies out there that make front end components.
