I've got the lastest updates in my predator and mine still does this, It does this stock, it has also done this with a bully dog triple dog too. The only times It hasn't done this is when I run a diesel treatment like lucas or amsoil, but it has done this with treatment so I dunno.

FYI, you most likely have an injector getting ready to let go...it took mine over a year to completely fail, but it is an injector.

Mine started out as a very slight "bump-bump-bump" note in the exhaust, then it got to a very mild lope, and (at the end) it was loping very bad (imagine a big cam in a gasser).

New injector nozzles and my rebuilt injectors (Flux 1s) have me back to a very smooth fast idle.
