Default Alignment Specs

Getting ready to do my suspension work and was wondering if anyone had some alignment specs or what they've set their front end to and how well it worked. I heard set toe in to just a hair in from 0 and caster between 4 to 6. Does this sound right?

I've had the best luck with my toe set at zero. As for caster, somewhere around 5 degrees should do you fine depending on how high you're going.
Once you go higher, caster will be more of a compromise between it and pinion angle. You may have to fine tune it a bit to keep driveline vibrations to a minimum as well as u-joint wear and tear, and still have it handle like it should.
While you have everything apart, it would be a good time to make sure your ball joints and other front end components are in good shape. If in doubt, replace them. That will save you a LOT of hassle later.
Hope this helps.
