Default catalytic converter

I want to remove my catalytic converter and put a pipe in its place , So I was wounding if I would have any problems not having it ?

Untill smog hits your state! It is coming! Easy money for a state is always wanted!
Put it in a safe place those cats are going for 500. in CA right now!!

Thanks for the info , Yea I plan on putting the cat up in a safe place so if i every need it.

Hi! Did you remove your cat? I want to remove min too but I'm having second thoughts that I might have problems in the emission controls.

no problems but i would keep it somewhere safe cuz i have a feeling that smog and emissions laws will be passed and you prob need to put it back on

Magnaflow has hi-flow cats for up to 5 in exhuast. Some are only 49 state legal (California). But its always a option.

just had mine removed. it does seem to pickup a little quicker. thought about cat delete pipe till i talked to the local muffler shop. they charged me 40.00 for pipe and install. glad i didn't get the mbr.
