What 48RE Tranny upgrades are reccommended??

What 48RE Tranny upgrades are reccommended??
I just bought a 2005 with 76000 miles on it and I was wondering what tranny upgrades would suffice? I hear alot about upgrades, but are you guys talking about rebuilding the entire tranny or is there a valve body upgrade that you reccommend? 75% of my driving is empty, but when I do haul trailers and tractors, I want it to be able to hold up. What are your thoughts?

It will but its hard on the stock TC. They don't take the extra pressure well and heavy towing will exagerate the impact.
