Warning signs of bad injectors

What are they? I have yet to see a list of things to watch out for and I'm getting nervous about mine.

Hard starts, and white raw fuel smoke at startup are a few of the ones I have noticed. Poor idle

Well, I seem to have had a drop in fuel mileage but nothing else. It does seem like my lift pump is going south according to my gauge.
