looking at a 2007 3500 drw 2x4,with a 5.9 anda g56 with 156k. just a few questions, whats the deal with the emmissions equip on these trucks, any particular problems with this year etc. looking trade my old 12v and some cash.

 

i,ve got a 2500 with 411s . i love it! gets good mileage ,pulls great. I have 74xxx on it. going to put in southbend clutch soon. The truck your looking at will probably need new clutch soon and maybe injectors. They are last ones before getting a dpf,which you dont want.Still has cat but you can/should take it out or gut it.

 

If it's an '07 with the 5.9L Cummins, there isn't any of the problem causing emissions gear on it. Only the '07.5 and up with the 6.7L engine has it.
