i put a new engine in my 04.5 and i'm only getting .497 volts out of my apps sensor. when i unplug it i still get the same voltage reading from the plug itself. what should the voltage going into the plug be, the adjustment screw has no effect on the reading. i think i might have a bad ground, does anyone know which ground goes to the apps, or any ideas on what the problem is. the engine is from an 07 if that helps.
