Vulcan also makes a kit with both the Fuel Filter and Water Seperator.

Nothing will fix the fact that the HPCR systems need 3 micron or more filtration to last. The pressures coupled with solids etch the seats in the injectors and they leak. Water will cause the close tolerance pieces to score and leak. There is no substitute fro filteration and water seperation

CR injector nozzles are replaceable, some people have no idea what they are talking about. Nozzles may or may not fix your problem. You are much better off getting new injectors and adding filtration.

None of the 05 and newer trucks have the APPS on the engine, its under the dash. Engine mounted APPS were for the trucks that had a TV cable. Onces that was replaced with the TTVA motor the APPS was moved to the inside of the firewall for better life expectancy.

I got me a Wix fuel filter last week- just haven't been able to get it on since school started. But, soon, we'll see.

We use new Bosch SS bodies when we build our CR injectors.

Something like was posted or what Glacier Diesel has or build your own with the available bases. Either way, a 2 micron absolute between the OE cannister and the CP-3 is the best available. The OE filter is one of the best for water seperation so it can be used.

Any of the filters that fit the OE cannister leave a lot to be desired. Changing them frequently is about the only recourse.
