Default Wire up anzo lights????

Ok. Got some of the Enzo halo lights. All the factory light plugs have their proper places to plug into. BUT the LED lights on the bottom don't light up. There are 2 wires coming from them, a red and black. Ok so what can I wire them up to to make the LEDs light up? The instructions suck. They came from tiawan. Please help.

run the ground to a ground and the power you sould run to the parking light switch or put it on its own switch so you can turn them on and off at will.

I'd like to have them come on when the key is on. Is there a fuse or wire I can hook it up with? I tried the cigar lighter fuse but that just melted the whole damn wire. I hate electrical stuff. Any more suggestions??? Please

run the power wire to the radio fuse. when your radio comes on, the led's will come on as well.

Ok got new set in. For anyone else gonna get them, if the LEDs don't light up there is a connection from one of the wiring harneses, not the headlight or turn signal but the other one, un connect it from the new headlights and flip the socket around then plug it back in. It's something to do with the polarity. But that's all it takes to get them to light up. They look good.
