Anybody know how to adjust the shifter on an automatic so when it's in park it really is in PARK!

 

The cable adjusts like the TV cable on the APPS. There is a lock tab under the dash that allows you to shorten\lengthen the cable hounsing to effect the throw. The other way is crawl under the truck and give the bracket holding the cable a couple of whacks in th correct direction.

 

I like the wack idea!!
