Default codes P1751 and P1753

heys guys. i just got back from a long trip, approx 1000 miles. about 5 min from our destination my engine light came on. we stopped at a red light and had trouble shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. usually shifts between 1500 and 2000 rpms but now it almost redlines at 3000 before it shifts. i ran a code check and it came up with codes P1751(Trans Throttle Valve Postition Minimum Range Performance) and P1753 (Trans Throttle Valve Performance). does anyone know how to fix this?i tried reading the other posts about simular problems but i know almost nothing when it comes to diesel motors. and help is greatly appreciated.

TTVA motor that replaced the TV cable has gone bad or is stuck. You probably need a replacement. Dealer is expensive, go to here and search for "Throttle Valve Actuator" : PATC 46RE 47RE 48RE Transmissions, Performance Transmission A518, 518

so i replaced the actuator and it was great for the day. now its gone back to doing it all over again. it wants to start out in 2nd most the time. and also when im sitting at a light or stop sign it jumps in and out of gear causeing the truck to jolt forward. any idea what would cause it to continue?
