cruise works any where from 5 sec to 5 hrs but it quits on its own and wont work again until I shut off the truck and restart, any ideas??? no codes

 

I too have a cruise control problem, but i think i know what it is. Found a cracked vacuum line going to the servo, replaced it but the vacuum pump is bad. Does any body know where I can get one cheap? The dealer wants 200.00 or is there a aftermarket fix?

I just replaced the vacuum pump got it from rock auto shearch speed controlthink it was likw $50
