I checked valve lash, its to spec. I would guess that the line isolator would not make that noise, but i guess i can check that out. I read that the cp3 pump could be off 30-60 degress and if you re time it to the engine it will run without the tick. but dont know for sure have not tried it they say it take like 30 mins to do. got to find the sweet spot, i dont have a manual, so i would not really want to try this without exact specifications. thats why i have not tried it, im really not keen on just setting it 30 or 60 just turning it to find a sweet spot by ear.

Thanks so much for the information about the injector line isolators. Number four was loose retightened all the ticking sound gone thank you so much.
