Mine makes this noise when I'm building boost (30-40 lbs) and then let off! It's when the turbo wheel stops spinning when the air is reversed kinda! Turbo bark!

As far as I can see there is no flutter and this is not turbo bark (compressor surge) I think it is air rushing back out the intake but I'm not sure. Anyone have experience with this sound?
