whats louder straight pipe with 6 inch tip or straight pipe with 8-inch.just wondering

I got a 6" tip on mine and it's really loud around 2100rpm... Don't know about an 8 but IMO it's kinda overkill havin a tip that big under a truck but a 8" stack is a different story

I work with a guy that has a big 8" tip. Looks dumb under the rear of his truck. Stick to 6", that's plenty loud.

when i bought my truck it came with a 8 inch tip it looked dumb so i choped it off now it looks alot better.

I've got a 5" from 4" and it's quite loud as it is..and i agree, an 8" pipe under the rear of the truck looks a little silly to me aswell

well i put on my black 8 inch and on a black truck it looks good to me. Twice as loud as my 6 inch alot more echo.love it
