I have always said my truck hasn't ran right since new. It has always gotten low economy and seems low on power.
I was just talking to a guy I know about it and he said I should have said something earlier. He just got rid of a set of injectors that would have worked. It gave me an idea; I should ask on hear if anyone has a set that I could 'borrow' for a while. A tank of fuel and I will know if they help any.
I would like to buy a set of more efficient injectors, but I'm not convinced that is the answer. If I were to test drive a set I would know for sure if they would help or not.
So I thought I would ask if anyone has an 'extra' set that we might be able to work out a deal with.

Maybe ask me in a week! What size? I have 50 and 90 sticks but 2000. a set is not cheap to try out!

 

No they are not cheap! That is the problem. . . . .

I really just want to get the best mileage possible. I don't really care about power; well, unless I'm 'challenged' a little. . . LOL But my normal mode is trying to get the best mileage possible.

It seems lately it is getting hard to start. Who knows but I may be able to prove if it is a bad injector sometime in the near future. We will see....

 

That sounds like a bad injector! Good reason to max out the credit card!
