Default Hard Starting

I have 2003 Ram 2500 4x4 with 165,025 miles.
It was starting to start hard when I noticed fuel leaking from the stock lift pump. I replaced it with a Fass pump and it seemed to help. But after a couple of days it seems to be cranking awhile before it starts. I was told my CP3 may be going out also.

Any body been here before?

Any codes?? Need a code reader that can check high and low fuel pressures.

Well right now it injectors, CP3, rail pressure relief, or the fuel actuator (FCA). You'll need to get a hold of a scanner to check for codes and see what the low side (lift pump) and high side (injecion pressure) pressures are at. What you can try first is unplug the FCA (on the back of the CP3) and see if the truck starts any different.
