Default Engine Questions

I have an 05' cummins 4x4 w/ quadzilla xzillarader II, CEM intake manifold, bullydog CAI, bullydog 4"w/cat delete. I have 139,000 miles on it. I'm experiencing some power loss mostly in my top-end. When my boost levels are around 35-40 psi my power feels stagnent, but at say 20-25 psi it feels strong. I hear what sounds like a little more injector clatter at highway speeds and as I start to slow down. I did notice a while back that she was putting out a tiny bit of white smoke when I first started it any gave it any throttle, but it was short lived. Now it blow nice black smoke. One more thing when it's at idle for aprox 5-10 min. or so I start to smell a burnt oil smell, I check around to see if there was any leaks. There was a little bit that looked like it was running down the oil filter, I mean a little bit though. My oil level is fine and I'm sittin at 7,500 since my last oil change. I'm kinda stuck cause nobody around where I live works on light duty diesels. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Give me a call and I'll walk you through some diagnoses. Has the fuel filter been changed? What Micron fuel filter is being used? Has the truck ever had injectors?
