I just bought my truck last week and after reading this thread I decided to check the bolts on my truck. Sure enough, #4 was loose. Thanks a bunch for this great tip.

Yep! Happened to my dad 3 times and all three times resulted in a piggy-back ride on a tow truck. What is it with the #4 clamp? My #4 clamp has gotten loose twice, but I've never blown a line. Just lucky I guess.

It is my understanding that if your #4 injector line has not broke yet it will. Mine went out on me in Brackettville, Texas 7 hours from home and the closest replacement was in Del Rio 45 minutes away. A local gentleman gave me a ride to Del Rio to pick the last one they had up. As soon as I got home I bought an extra to keep in the truck. I was told that it had something to do with the harmonics and all my clamps were tight.
