You might look around for a used Edge Juice with Attitude. That way you could get a monitor for gauges and a fuel controller all in one. The Juice also has backdowns for clutch slip, egt, etc. Just a thought.

Didn't think the EDGE offered f/p readings on the newer trucks? I could be wrong though.

They don't but fuel pressures aren't critical anymore like they were on the VP trucks. Now, if he goes mental on the power side then having a good rail pressure gauge will help him tune and stay on top of his game but it isn't essential. However, the Attitude will give EGT, boost, eng temp, intake temps both at the intake side and at the MAP, etc.
