Less expensive modification options?

Hey guys I am looking for some advice. I am going to put an upgraded CP3 in my truck cause mine is shot and then I want to put a new rhino liner in it. Here is what im curious about. I will have about $500 extra left over after a CP3 and a rhino liner. So im looking for one or a few performance mods I can do for the cheaper price range say maybe an AFE Bladerunner intake manifold or something I will need later that I am over looking. This will be my only mod for several months until I can get a better paying job. Thanks in advance!:choochoo:

:humm: well i would say some sort of programmer...to add a little more fuel since i dont see any in your signature.

I would save my money on an intake horn...just dont seem worth it too me.

Looking at your sig it doesent say guages either, i would definately recommend guages....

Hmmm thats a good point. I dont want to add a programmer until I can get a clutch and gauges and you have a good argument on the gauges. The Intake from what I read makes a difference on the 3rd gen but if its not much or I dont need one ever I may not do that at all.

thats a judgement call on the horn...but i would go guages, they are really helpful and they look pretty sweet

I will probably do that then. I just dont want everyone to see that I have gauges and want to race considering my truck is close to stock. I want to put autometers but they dont have a rail pressure gauges and I was looking at the Isspro Ev2 gauges. Are they any good?

I run ISSPRO and i like them....CSIPSD runs ALOT of them in his powerstroke

And from the last few kits of autometer i seen being installed on some buddies trucks, the guages maybe good but they dont come complete it seems. Parts missing stuff like that

Ok then i will probably go the gauges route with Isspros. They match the factory gauges so it will be nice. Thanks for the advice!
