i have a 06 with 60,000 mi. it has a diablo sport tuner , intake, boost fooler and cfm intake elbow. i have already gone threw 2 # 1 injectors and now it seems i have another one that has gone bad . my question is are the stock injectors really this bad or am i doing something wrong? Any help would sure be appreciated thank you

Very true, The Diablo will call for high rail pressure and cause failures. What kind of Rail pressure are you seeing?

 

Added Rail Pressure can cause the injector tip to crack causing big issues.

 

What type of fuel filter are you using. That seems to be another thing,
causing problems with these injectors. Bosch calls for a 2 micron filter.
The stock filter is 10 micron. Between pressure and filter that would do it.

 

not sure how much pressures it runs ,but diablo says that it doesnt increase pressure. the injector is leak so much fuel it fill the crank case with diesel. i never throw fuel rail pressure codes so i assume that the pressure is not to high.

 

Now diablo says it does add pressure. How much pressure is to much for stock injectors?
Is there a better programmer for towing and some small playing around? thanks for your guys help...
