My 01 is in about 10 pieces right now.... Sucker is sharp as a razor on the edges too! I hope there is a solution out there that isn't going to cost a fortune!

How do you know thats not made of the same grade plastic? Or even better plastic. I will stick the the good ole glue on cover for $100

(800) 992-1997 is to Dodge: the Sr. Resolution Team is supposed to call me tomorrow with a solution... We'll see what happens!

 

huhhhh wtf we pay out the azz for theses trucks the bullsh#ts getting old somones got to do something about this!

 

Update:
I talked to a Sr. Resolution Team Member and they want me to take it to the nearest dealership for 'diagnosis'. I informed him that there was a high labor cost associated with the install (~$1,000) and he said that it was not accurate (I talked to Nyle Maxwell in Austin, Tx and was told labor is $895.95 + tax + shop fees thus equaling almost a grand!) I am scheduled to take it in on Thursday for the 'diagnosis'. I guess this is still wait and see........

 

Its the heat and sun. Pver the years Ive personally laid my eyes on 50+ Dodge trucks and have NEVER seen a cracked dash. Of course, I live in near Artic conditions year round.

My X's dash was cracked when we purchased her gas dodge. I searched the internet and found a web site that can make a hard cover that would match the interior color and ship it. All that was needed for the install was a tube of super glue. It was a cosmetic fix for around $100.
