Default Fuel pressure gauge

Alright i installed my fuel pressure gauge and it was fine for bout 100-200 miles readind 9-10 psi. no lower than 6 psi WOT. But on my trip to the lake. Slowly started falling lower and lower. Now it sits at zero but the truck and still runs fine. It is ran from the bottom of the fuel filter housing with the tapped banjo bolt to a cylinder type isolator to the gauge. there is about a foot of the line that is just air. It is filled with 50/50. Any help would be appreciated.

Got to get the air out. Refill it again with the 50/50 mix.

Also on the 50/50 side should all of that have teflon tape or something of the sort on those fittings
