Default Outlook monitor freezing up???

My outlook monitor has been freezing up on it's opening screen, the Bullydog emblem, every now and then. Sometimes it will go for days and work perfect and others it will freeze up everytime I start the truck. I've been over the connections 1000 times and everything it good. It seems wierd that it does it every now and then instead of everytime or none. Any ideas? The dumbasses at Bullydog told me I'd just have to figure it out. Some help huh? It never had a single issue until I sent it back in to get updated. And since I've hit it back prob a year now, I've been battling this crap. When it freezes, you have to cut the key back off then back on and then select the vehicle then pick what things u want to monitor all over again. It just gets old. Any ideas?

I hear ya. I don't care to blame my truck, and especially since it still does it, it must be something on my end. But it just sucks cause this never started until I sent it in then got it back from being updated to new version, and then it started freezing up. I just want to figure. It out. But they won't really help. They dont really know why. When I turn on my lights the screen dims. When I turn on the wipers it flickers. I just can't figure it out.
