If you're not already plugging the truck in you might want to add that. After a couple hours it will get the engine up to around 150 so that that 5 min of idling will get the truck up a bit higher. At idle the trucks don't normally heat up to 200; it needs a bit of a load to get fully warmed up.

I cheat and use my Jake brake to get him warm in the mornings and keep him warm while idling.
