News Story On Cracked Dashes
I found this on another site and thought it would be beneficial for some of you.
It appears a news station is trying to get help for the cracking dashes in our trucks.

i've pulled more GM dashes than i ever cared too and i can tell what i learned after replacing the dash in my truck.
the plastic in the didges is A LOT thinner than what GM uses and it doesn't near as much bracing to hold it together either. my opinion is these dashes are just a house of cards and it's only a matter of time. dodge should do something, IMO, because it's a combination of a half-assed design and cheap materials that's the root of the issue.
