Default No start once at operating temp.

Looking for help on my 2007 5.9 Cummins. When the engine is cold it fires right up. Once I drive it and reach operating temp shut it off and try to restart just cranks. Won’t start. I took it to the shop and they diagnosed the entire fuel system. The only fault they found was the pressure sensor on the rail so it was replaced. I picked up my truck and the issue hadn’t been resolved. I found myself that when I unplug the engine temp sending unit it will start right up when warmed up. I’ve also just replaced my stock fuel filter housing with a 2 micron Cat system. Still no fixed. Please help me figure this out.
