Default Hard start

Have a intermittent starting problem.
First crank up of the day it starts first hit of the key.
Drive some then the problem starts.
Have to crank the engine over alot for it to start. This doesn't happen all the time. I may drive it several days with no issues.
The trk is a 07 w/5.9 - 6spd

When it cranks but doesn't start, what's your cranking RP?

The FCA is located right at the injection pump. Its held on by 2 small bolts, and has a wire connector attached. If your truck fails to start, disconnect the connector and try to start it. If it starts, then the FCA is faulty, however don't run the engine for more than a few seconds.
