Default 06 leaking

Anybody know what this hose that connects the lines are for? It's leaking, should I just get a new piece of 1" hose? It looks like it's 1" anyways.

Its a hose that coolant runs through. First try just tightening the hose clamps, if it still leaks then replace the hose and clamps.

I did replace mine hose and clamps. Pull your passenger side wheel well splash liner and it's an easy reach. Should be 6mm bolts for the liner then hose clamps are usually 10mm. Pic is through fender - mine drove me nuts I thought I was leaking fuel!
