I haven't done mine yet but would recommend Geno's before the dealer! They have factory and stainless options

Default 6.7 oil pan

I replaced mine on my 2008 6.7 it was a pretty easy job actually
I'm thinking it would be pretty much the same
You don't have to pull the motor like the dealer or some guys say

i just did mine on Saturday like everyone says its not that difficult
1 Drain oil and remove air filter assembly disconnect batteries
2 remove the 2 bolts that hold the fan shroud
3 loosen the 2 motor mounts
4 rig up a chain between the hook on passenger side of motor and i used a bolt on the left side of the head just in front of intake horn
5 remove all pan bolts except 4
6 raise engine untill the valve cover touches the top of the engine bay
7 use jack stands to brace motor up i put mine on top of the front differential
