Default Death wobble

I've been working on a friends 03 2500. It's a hemi and not a cummins but I thought one of you might have some ideas. It's doing the death wobble anytime you hit a hole over 60. The front end parts are all tight. I replaced the trackbar and put a steering box brace on it today with no change. Any other thoughts?

Shocks? and check caster angles if it is lifted. I got rid of most of mine with changing to 2010 steering linkages

I can check the shocks. It has a leveling kit on it, would that be enough to throw the angles off?
