the cold air intake I have is a AIRMAX Spiral Flow Intake System 2 stage.
I bought it when I bought the truck new in 2003
are they any good?

 

first, hay is for horses. second you should start your own thread asking that and you might get better responses. i have never heard of that though. i have an s&b because i replaced the busted afe that was in there. i would have kept it stock if the truck came with a stock filter.

 

Amsoil makes a microfiber replacement filter for your k&n setup. What is the k&n #, I will look up the Amsoil # for you if you want. That is all I run and my intakes don't have a speck of grit anywhere in them. I know I wouldn't put a k&n on a lawnmower or anything else especially a 10,000 cfm motor

 

I am running a Banks system (oiled) and seems to work fine. I have not heard any bad on this system ???
