Default Help Identifying Lift?

Back in December I bought my first truck. I've always loved the Cummins motor, so I saved up and worked hard through my senior year of highschool to get one. I bought an 06 mega cab short bed. It's got a lift under it, and currently has 35's. I was too excited when I bought it that I forgot to ask how much lift and if the wheels were offset any. So I was hoping you guys could help me see how much lift it really has because I'd really love to fit 37's under it. I know the lift is a rough country ez-ride. But here are some pictures. If you need other angles or anything, I can always take more. Also, some information on how I could fit 37s would be good because I have no idea how backspacing and offset works.
