Default Intermitent Engine surging at slow speed

Hi, I have a 2003, 300 ISB 3rd generation on a motorhome. Sometimes the engine is surging, like cutting repeatedly cutting out at around 2000 RPM. It does that only when I drive slow, like in town, but not all the time. When it does it, the CEL comes on then after a while it goes back to normal and the CEL dissapear.

It does not do it at highway speed except if I use the engine brake, it will do it sometimes, not all the time. The light also comes on sometimes when I start the engine, then it goes off after a minute or so.

Other than that it runs fine and pulls good. I do not have a scanner but I will order a scangauge D soon.
