Figured out the issue...."Output Shaft Speed Sensor" was bad. I was reading RPM's while the truck was stationary. So anytime the truck was in motion, the RPM feedback was wrong, which meant the scaling for the curve that the computer uses for commanding a gear at any given throttle percentage was way off. Changed the sensor, and now all is good to go! Hope this helps in any of your future troubleshooting.
