I have a early 04 cummins 6 speed manual, with 50lb boush injectors, with smarty jr chip, 4inch back exhaust system, with stock air intake, and stock turbo and need an upgrade for both air and turbo. what 63mm turbo should i go for. and what air intake will cooperate with that turbo.

one of our guys just dynoed 614hp with a cam and had temps max of 1400*. drop in turbo for $1000

 

@ellars_power. I don't know about turbos but I saw you had the smarty Jr. Which I'm looking into. So can you tell me how you like it and what kind of milage you get and noticeable power & smoke? I have an 04.5 2500 5.9L Cummins with 4inch turbo back exhaust, S&B intake, Bosch 30hp injectors

I have BorgWarner's 63/68/14 (I think they call it, "Screaming Eagle"). I like it...but I wish I would have went bigger. Then again, back then, I didn't think I was going to eventually dump more money into the truck.
