Default Please help
When ignition is turned on you can hear a tapping in the valve cover sounds like injector solenoid opening and closing lasting for one minute. Have a no start situation until tapping stops. Anyone know what this is?

Wasn't the 2006 the one that had the corrosion problem on the ECM multi-pin connector at the engine? Might try pulling that and reseating it...

I have a 05 that does the same, 1st diesel ive owned so I thought it was normal, let me know if you find the cause, thanks: argh:
